There's no plant quite like Strawberry Bush. With its suckering habit, striking green twigs, and hot pink buds, it has significant winter interest. But its most fascinating feature is its unparalleled fruits. Large, textured crimson capsules emerge in fall and when ripe, explode, revealing bright orange fruits and giving rise to another common name Hearts-a-Bustin'.
